Meet Our Trustees

People supporting people — helping guide Walk and Talk for MENtal Health so no man has to face life’s challenges alone.

Behind Walk and Talk for MENtal Health is a dedicated group of Trustees who volunteer their time to help guide the charity and support its continued growth.

Our Trustees bring a wide range of experiences, skills and perspectives, but they share one common goal - improving men’s mental health and ensuring that men have access to supportive communities where they can connect, talk openly and feel listened to.

Together they help shape the future of Walk and Talk for MENtal Health, ensuring we remain true to our mission of supporting men through connection, conversation and community.

I’m a Trustee at Walk and Talk for MENtal Health and I’m passionate about helping men find strength through connection, openness and shared experiences. Through my own experiences, I understand how important it is to have spaces where people can talk honestly about their mental health.

Walk and Talk for MENtal Health creates that space, and I’m proud to be part of a community that encourages men to open up and realise they are not alone.
