Walk & Talk events are an opportunity for local men to socialise and do something positive for their physical and mental health.
Our "Walk & Talk" sessions run on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. The walk on the 1st Sunday of the month will meet at a location on the High Street at 9.30am. The session on the 3rd Sunday meets at a variety of locations (theses are shared on EventBrite and our Social Media ahead of the Walk)
Our "Walk & Talk" sessions are available to all men living, working or visiting the Leighton Buzzard area and are always free of charge.
